Comments.  Got rocked on this one.  Couldn’t pull V3!  I know know what I need to work on this winter.

Cardio: 40′ run  Sub 140 hr

Comments:  Able to run a bit faster and stay in HR zone.  Had to extend past start point.  My body seems to respond quickly to training.  My focus and overall mental toughness is starting to come back.
